About Paul Two

Elaine Good, has this to say about Paul and his work...

"I have worked with legendary art and commercial photographers over the past 30 years. Including George Hurrell, Milton H Greene, Pete Turner, Larry Dale Gordon, Lois Greenfield, Barry O'Rourke, Glenn Wexler, George Chinsee and Ken Murfield to name a few. Some photographers are brilliant technicians who leave it to their stylists and art directors to establish the image. Others are visual artists, their assistants take care of the technical elements like lighting, which lens to use, what exposure to get, etc...

Paul D'Innocenzo is a rare breed and quite unique working alone. Paul always begins with a finished concept in his mind and he will bend the technical capacity of his equipment to establish this image, his work happens in the camera not in the edit. He did this before digital equipment was a bleep on the radar. Then in the early days of digital photography he leaped into it, stretched it, expanded his own imagination to go beyond the new potential.

Above all this is his “eye”.

Paul has a view of the world around him that is appreciative of the beautiful, the mysterious, the time capsule of the mundane, and the awakened spirit. His work grabs your mind and your creative impulses are set in motion when you step into his world.

It may seem that he is always at the right place at the right time, but it is where his creative mind is at that, that is always right."
